An application form must be submitted -- along with a recent photo suitable for publication, curriculum vitae, and a 60 sec. video of yourself explaining why you should be selected for this fellowship award, as well as two letters of recommendation.
Admissions postmark deadline: Dec. 31st 2017. We may accept some applications after the deadline.
